Kevin Robertson, Owner & Technician
Kevin started making computers behave while in still in high school. The school district eventually put him to work training faculty and other students, and administering the network and workstations. After that early start, Kevin went on to Egghead Software quickly moving from a simple sales role in the stores to a critical tech support role at the corporate office. When Egghead closed its doors, Kevin and a computer colleague started a computer repair service. Years later when they parted ways, Kevin put his computer know-how to work by launching Proactive Computer Maintenance where he’s now the Computer Guru.
A former boy scout, Kevin still enjoys being outdoors and backpacking…to the extreme that he travelled all the way to Nepal to hike in 2007! In his little bit of spare time, Kevin is active as a volunteer with a local boy scout troop, leading hikes and igloo building trips.
Keith Duarte, Technician
Keith has training as a Network Specialist. He is finishing his computer science degree. The technology industry is constantly changing. The only way to keep up is to keep at it. And Keith does, fixing problems that have stumped clients for months, and making sure their computers and networks are running as efficiently as possible.
In his free time Keith plays video games and also plays hockey, both roller and ice. Watching NFL games with his brother keeps Keith occupied on Sunday afternoons.
